Legal Question in DUI Law in Wisconsin

DUI Arrest in Wisconsin....Loss of License in California?

My boyfriend, who lives in CA, was recently arrested in WI for DUI and was given the admin suspension hearing request papers. Which state does he file it in? Is it with the DMV or court? Will he have to go to WI for both hearings? Will he lose his license in CA? Any points in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

He files in Wisconsin with the DMV. He does not need to be there if he has an attorney but will need to appear later in court if it is a second offense or greater.
