DUI Statue Of Limitations

A friend got a DUI in Wisconson in 1989 and never took care of it. She is divorcing her husband of 10 years and he is threatening to turn her in if she asks for anything from the divorce. Will a Statue of Limitations protect her?

Hard to say for sure, but my best guess is that WI will not bother to extradite Your Friend from California. I am certain that the California family courts will not care at all, since California is a no-fault divorce state.
