DUI, OWI, Drunk Driving 5th Offense--Felony--Prison
Fifth offense is a felony in Wisconsin, and prison nearly always follows a conviction. In short, this is a gravely serious charge. You need to retain an experienced criminal lawyer as soon as possible. A lawyer may discover technical defenses to the charge of which you were not be aware. All that being said, I do not have enough information to answer your question. For the record, my suggestions on this public internet forum are not intended as legal advice for you.
