Legal Question in DUI Law in Wisconsin

Open court case

I have an open court case in WI for driving after revocation (DUI) I also have a conviction of 2nd offense DUI which I was sentenced to 30 days in jail. I recently moved out of state for work and am wondering what I can do to settle these cases. As I was unemployed for almost a year, not moving was not an option. I have to work to support my son. Can the jail time be moved to my current state? Can I have a lawyer appear for me on the open case? I am currently revoked in WI for another year. Will not going to my jail sentence change that date?
