If you mean electronic monitoring when you mention "house arrest," much would depend upon the county where you are sentenced. Some counties almost never use it (for example, Racine County), but it is more common in others, particularly those with a jail overcrowding issue. You need to consult with an attorney who is experienced in the county where you were charged as soon as possible. Huber release for work after sentencing is far more common and is nearly automatic in most counties, unless you break jail rules by coming in late or with alcohol in your system.
