OWI DUI Jail Sentences, Is House Arrest Possible?

If you mean electronic monitoring when you mention "house arrest," much would depend upon the county where you are sentenced. Some counties almost never use it (for example, Racine County), but it is more common in others, particularly those with a jail overcrowding issue. You need to consult with an attorney who is experienced in the county where you were charged as soon as possible. Huber release for work after sentencing is far more common and is nearly automatic in most counties, unless you break jail rules by coming in late or with alcohol in your system. Once a violation occurs, Huber work release is usually revoked, meaning that you will indeed lose your job. Huber release is sometimes difficult for the self employed and is impossible for those who work for cash, since the Huber fees (somewhere around $130 per week) must come out of your paycheck as a payroll deduction before release is approved. Initial release for work after reporting to jail is also commonly delayed for a few days due to paperwork processing. it is therefore a good idea to plan to use a few vacation days at the beginning of your sentence until release is finally approved. My comments here are of a general nature and not intended as legal advice for you unless you subsequently retain me; you really need to locate and consult with your own attorney.
