Legal Question in DUI Law in Wisconsin

underage citation

I was at a party and recieved my first underage citation. It does not have my BAC on it and also is not signed by the officer. It has his badge number but not his signature. Everyone else who got a minor also recieved a different citation and an envelope to send their money. I did not. How do I handle this situation?

Re: underage citation

If you have any doubts about how to deal with your citation or dipute its validity, you should plead not guilty and consult with an attorney. Underage drinking can carry the penalty of loss of driver's license so you should carefully conside all options, including the possibility that you could attend underage drinking classes and receive alghter sentence.
