Legal Question in DUI Law in Wisconsin

WI Blood alcohol Count

I am currently on prescription meds. Paxil, provgil, serequal, and clonazepam. I had 2 beers and a Bloody Mary in 41/2hrs. Could any of these drugs give a false positive BAC. Do you know a site I can go to that would tell me? my BAC was 100

WI Blood Alcohol Reading; Affected by Anti-Depressants and Psychotropic Prescriptions

You really must consult with a toxicologist or pathologist in order to get an answer to these questions; although I have never heard of those specific drugs effecting alcohol tests. However, you could potentially be charged with "drugged driving" for driving with them in your system even if you were not drinking. You really need to hire an experienced criminal lawyer as soon as possible to explore your options.
