all-female dance team recruitment

can an organization recruit for a dance

team and make suggestions like ''we are

looking for women ages 18 and up,''

etc? or is it considered discrimination

because they said women? How must it

be phrased?

If it is a BFOQ (bona fide occupational qualification) it is NOT illegal discrimination. For example, a restroom attendant should be same sex; a Boy Scout leader can ban women etc.
