Age of Accountability
After a divorce and the courts have already determined custody, what age does the child have to be to change that, should they want to live with the other parent?

There is no magical age. Each court differs on it depending on what the judge thinks the maturity level of the child is and what the Guardian ad litem feels is in the child's best interest.
I recommend you check the Wis. Stats Chapter 767.24 - these will give you all the things a judge must look at. And you did not mention if it is within the 2 year period after divorce... If so, it is very hard to do a change. The standard for changing after two years is best interest and substantial change.
