Birth mother and harassment

My boyfriend has 2 children from a different relationship. One child is theirs the other hers and another guys. The ex gave both children to my boyfriend because she is irresponsible. My boyfriend loves both kids dearly and gladly took both of them in despite the fact he is not one childs parent. The ex has had previous psychological problems and recently has begun calling in to state agencies and school accusing us of child neglect and abuse. This woman is jealous of our relationship and is doing this to hurt him.

She also rewards the children for bad behavior such as one time he dropped his pants in school and flashed the other kids afterwhich she too him to a movie rather than punishing him.

Please advise me on what my options are. Can I sue her for harassment? What can we do about this?

You should discuss your concerns with the agencies that contact you. Also its possible that the father of the second child is/has been looking for him/her and you may unwittingly be complicit in hidding this child. Your BF needs to go into court and formalize his relationship with his child and get a guardianship over the second. Contact a lawyer in your area ASAP.
