Buying auto's

We are just starting out in a divorce,and I would like to purchase a different auto.Can my soon to be ex get half of this?By the way right now she has everything including 2 other autos.

The valuation date for assets does not occur until teh day of trial. In short, any asset you purchase during the pendency of the proceedings may be considered marital
