Name Change for child

I am planning on getting married next year. My daughter has my last name.In our court papers my daughter has her fathers last name as part of her middle name, and just has my last name. I am wondering if there is any way when I get married to have her last name changed to my new last name.

Changing a minor's name is a fairly simple

piece of litigation, providing that both

biological consent.
