Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Child placement

I have been devorced for several years. Father has primary placement. At this time, my/our children are living with their grandmother, while father(was evicted) is living with a 16yr old girl, 2 counties away. This is the second time in the past 3 yrs he has been evicted, and without a place to live. My question is: Is this grounds to file a motion to show cause, to change placement?

Changes in physical placement are based on what is in teh child's best interests. Without more information, it certainly sounds as if you have a storng basis to file a motion for a change
