Child Placement
Hello,
Can a mother who has only joint custody but primary placement take her child out of the country to Mexico without prior approval of the father? If so or not, what are the steps a father can take to avoid this situation. Also this case is in the State of Wisconsin

Your post raises a number of questions. Are you saying she is relocating to another country with teh children? If that is the case, youmust immediately file an ex parte Motion seeking to prevent that from occurring.
If you are, instead, referring to a vacation out of the country, it is not always necessary for the other parent to consent. If it does not interfere with your parenting time, or with the child's schooling, it is unlikely that a court would preclude the trip. What, if anything, is your objection?
