Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Does child support change if I move out of state?

If I already have an exsisting order of child suppport in Wisconsin, then I move out of state and find a higher paying job can my ex-wife take me back to court to increase the support order? Or am I out of Wisconsin's juristriction and the order already in effect stays in place?

Yes, if your income increases it is likely that you can be required to pay higher child support.
