Child Support Enforcement
What recourse do I have when I have a court order for child support and it is now in arrearage and the person who owes the support keeps moving from state to state to avoid paying it?

Re: Child Support Enforcement
Child support has come a long way. There is law now that permits garnishment of wages, social security numbers to trace obligor, income tax refund intercept, and of course contempt of court. See your county support office to catch up with the obligor.
