Child Support Issues

What are the rates that Child Support goes by and are my daughter's mother and i able to set our own amount of support if we both agree to it?

Hello,

Child support guidelines are a percentage of income -- starting with 17% of income for one child and going up for more than one. The court will consider what the parents agree to, but the court will decide on what is best for the child.
