Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Child Support

I am currently paying child support for children from a previous marriage, since then I now have 2 more children with current wife so that I now have 5 children that depend on my income instead of 3. Can i go to the courts and have the amount i am paying ajusted or am I supposed to keep paying the same amount and have less to provide for the new children as well. I know that being remarried my houshold income has increased and would be a factor in support, but she also has a live in partner who pays half of expenses for her houshold, would that effect things or is the ammount only on the obligated parent's incomes?

Re: Child Support

The court would be free to consider all of these factors, so a motion to modify could be filed by you.
