Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin
Child Support
what happens when a child with a severe disability turns 18 in Wisconsin?
Will the Child support agency still be involved in my case?

Re: Child Support
Not unless there is a court order requiring that child support continue or there is a judgment for unpaid child support.

Re: Child Support
This is the kind of question I like on this web site - short and sweet (thanks)! The age 18 is the age of majority and child support would normally stop, unless the child is still enrolled in high school (it then contuse until age 20, or until the child has earned his or her HS diploma).
