Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

No contact rules

My boyfriend has been on probation for a year so far for asult and battery and he has been put on a no contact with me from his probation officer. I was pregnant at the time and had our son and back in May, 6 months after he got on probation. It has been over a year now and the no contact is still not up. He has done everything he is supposed to do as far as paying his fees and taking his classes and his probation officer still won't lift the no contact. I want my family to be together and my son doesn't even know his father. He is not a bad guy, he just made a bad choice. Is there anything I can do to get the no contact lifted so my family can be together?

Re: No contact rules

Hi,

How long does the probation have yet? Who did he assault? Who got the no-contact order? You might be able to go to court to get that modified to permit contact with you. Mark J. Mahoney, 920-984-4529
