Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I have created an equal shared parenting plan, but can only afford 1 one bedroom for my daughter (13yrs. old) and my self. Is this sufficiant, or will I be required to provide a 2 bedroom for us? Also, the apartment I can afford is not in my daughter's school district. Am I required to provide her with a part time residence in the district?

The issue here is would the court change the placement based on these issues.

It is ok for the child to have the bedroom at 13 with you on the couch. I have not seen a court change placement because of this. But at 13 the daughter needs her own space.

School district isn't the issue as much as distance. The child needs to maintain her friend base. Being more than a short distance away can make you an easy target for e change in placement motion, then the court may grant. Being in the same school district is the best bet, especially with the other issue.
