if i dont have a crimanal record and my babys father has numerouse second or subsiquint drug charges including delivery of meth would the court grant him custody over me if all her neads are being meet he is threatining me with that

Courts base custody determinations on what it believes is in the best interests of the child. That means the court may consider any facts that weigh on that determination. though a past criminal record may reflect issues with parenting, it would be one set of facts among many that a court must consider.
