Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

custody, child support, and moving out state

I need to move out of state with my daughter for a new occupation for my husband and myself and a better ''life'' so to say. I would like to either have full custody or set up a new visitation schedual so i can move. My husband would like to adopt the child if it is possible. Can any of this be done?? Please Help me

Hello,

Your husband can adopt if the father's parental rights are terminated. You can get a change in custody and/or placement if the father agrees, or if you beat him in court. Beyond this, I can't advise you further because I do not know the facts of your situation.

Best wishes,
