Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

custody of two minor cildren

My fiance and I are planning on getting married but now he is fighting for custody of his children and we were wondering if being married now would have more of an impact than me just living with him. If this is so we are willing to move up the date to accomodate the children and the courts.

Assuming that both you and your fiance are suitable custodial people, a two parent

consider a paramour as a second parent but must consider a new spouse. However,

custody is seldom decided on one fact.
