custody and placement modifications

i am wondering if i can file a motion pro se to re-open or start a new custody and placement trial of my child in milwaukee wisconsin? i previously had 50/50 placement and custody of my 3 year old daughter and the gender biased judge limited me to a measley 2 overnights per month. the judge went against the G.A.L and based her change on hearsay information.

Re: custody and placement modifications

You must have some substantial change in circumstance since the last court order in oreder to have a basis to seek a modification. Additionally, the modification must be deemed to be in the child's best interests.

If your last order was recently entered, you must appeal. If your appeal deadline has passed, you are unlikely to prevail by simply filing a new motion.
