My husband took out a $10000 loan after we had filed for divorce. He used the house that we own together as collartal. Am I responsible for any of these payments?

The answer depends on what the $10,000 was used to purchase. If it was used for a family purpose, it could be a marital debt. As part of the discovery process, you may request an accounting for the finds. You may also filea Motion with the court to find the opposing party in contempt for incurring debt that was outside the normal course of the business after a divorce was filed.
