To divorce or not to divorce?

Is it legal for the petitioner & respondent to cohabitate in the marital home as husband & wife while the divorce is still pending? They are giving the appearance of having reconciled. The divorce filing date was 7/28/2005 and it has been 11 months since any action has been taken.

There is no law against cohabitation during a divorce or after a divorce.
