What is the procedure for terminating a Stipulation to Temporary Orders in the State of Wisconsin?

Hello, a Temporary Order is as the name says, Temporary. A stipulation means that you agreed with your spouse that certain things will happen on a temporary basis. To get a temporary order changed, you have to ask the court by filing a motion and getting a hearing set. It is possible that the court will not change the temporary order if it believes that your agreement is fair and proper. If so, you can always argue for a final order that is different on the issue you are worried about. It may be possible if some extreme circumstances change, someone goes to jail for example, that the court could change its temporary order. I cannot predict on the basis of what you have written the likelihood of your success. Good luck,
