Divorce Question

If children are involved, and joint custody will be seeked, should one relocate to a different residence before or after filing for divorce or separation?

Hello, it really doesnt matter when someone moves out for legal purposes. The key is what works financially and personally. After filing, you can get a hearing so that the court will decide where the parties live and who pays for what until the final divorce hearing.
