Both divorced couples pay for private schooling?

Do both parents pay private schooling if one parent goes ahead and enrolls a child who was not going to public school and had been arrested for other charges and then is enrolled in a military school for his benefit? I call that in the ''childs best interest'' but Who pays the bill?

Parent who enrolls in private school generally pays 100% of bill unless there is a court order otherwise. This is not advice just general information.
