You will need to file a Notice of Motion and Motion for Contempt, or an Order to Show Cause for Contempt. The document number is FA-4172. In that document you will need to tell your side of the story and attach a copy of the order where they have him making that payment. Take this to the clerk of court, and file Four(4) copies of these documents. They will file stamp them. The OSC would require a commissioner's or Judge's signature so they may hold them for a few days. When you get them back signed and dated you will have to have him served.

Service is usually done with the sheriff in the county he lives in. Once served they will provide you with a document you will need to give to the clerk of courts.
