Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My ex-husband was awarded our house in our divorce and was told he had to contact our mortgage company for a quit claim deed. That was over a year ago and he has made no attempt to contact the bank. We live in the state of WI. What can I do?

File a Notice of Motion and Motion for Contempt. The form is FA-4172.

You have to make four(4) copies and file them with the court. They will give you a date.

You then have him personally served, and send the proof of service to the clerk of courts.

You will get your day in court. Make sure you bring copies of everything you can prove to court with you.
