Father Hunting on Regular Visitation day

Does the visitation day revert back to the mother or go to the girlfriend if the father is out of town hunting?

Re: Father Hunting on Regular Visitation day

Without knowing the details of your current court order, I'm going to presume that it calls for typical, garden-variety visitation terms (reasonable visitation upon reasonable notice to the custodian parent). Has the father made prior arrangements already to pick up the child? If so, I'd say you would be obligated to deliver as previously arranged. If not, then my answer would be to keep the child this time.
