fathers rights

my wife moved out and says I cant see my children. What rights do I have to see them? we are still married.

You have the same rights as your wife. That means you can see them or have them in your case as much as she can. Unfortunately, without a court order specifying a schedule, you have a tug of war situation with neither party possessing superior rights.

You must file for divorce or legal separation to seek an order establishing those rights.
