Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

my fience has a 11 year old daughter that he has sole custody of because the childs mother is in prison. the grandparents tricked my fience with a not legal paper and now they will not give his daughter back. we do have the court papers that say he has full custody. how do we go about this?

Call the police in the jurisdiction the grandparent reside.

The police will generally be willing to take the child from non-parents and return them to the parents. Do so quickly, grandparents rights come from having a prolonged parent relationship with the child and the longer you wait the stronger their family law case becomes.
