Giving up parental rights.

I am need know what I need to do to give up my parental rights to son. I live in Tx and he is in Wi. Can I do thru the mail?

Depending on how long your son has lived in Wis. and what court in what state has continuing jurisdiction over your divorce and son's custody orders, you would most likely need to start there.
