Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

guardian ad litem

my ex was court ordered by a guardian ad litem to undergo 4 urine screens for drug use,in a one year period. these have been done and the GAL said he will do no more, i found out the testing done did not look for oxycontin (oxycodone), which was specified to be tested for. i notified him of this error, does he have to abide by the stipulation and retest, and if he does not can he be held in contempt? thank you

Hello,

This is a difficult question to answer without more facts. Have you asked the GAL? It seems like you should be able to get that enforced if it was called for in the order. Best Wishes,
