Household smokes cigarretts

My daughter's father has primary placement. Both he and his mother smoke alot. Her health is suffering because of this. Is there anything I can do?

He has primary placement because I worked and he didn't.

I'm only licensed in Tennessee, and not in your state, but generally speaking you must establish that a child is being abused or neglected and that leaving the child with the parent poses a substantial risk of substantial harm before you can get a court to interfere in the way natural parents are raising a child.
