Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My husband and I gotten married in the UK.Shortly after we gotten married I found out that he only used me for obtaining a visa.Further he is living in Nigeria and gotten married again without divorcing me first. What can I do to get him convicted ? He took everything from me, my house, business and savings.I cannot afford a lawyer which is very costly here.

To convict him you would need personal jurisdiction. If he doesn't live here (and never did) then Wisconsin doesn't have personal jurisdiction. You need to contact the police in the place where he lives or committed the act.

You can file for divorce but I can not predict the outcome without a lot more information to do so.
