Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin
My husband pays child support. He has never been in arrears. THis month he has been laid off from his job. He pays $120 per week in support. Is there anyway he can have his child support reviewed so it can be based on 17% of his unemployment check. How does he do this? Or what can be done? He does not want to go into arrears b/c of the situation but we also have two children of our own to care for.

He must file a Motion to modify child support. Child support may always be modified if there has been a substantial change in circumstance.
