Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Is it legal to assess support bassed on a previous job.

I relocated to Florida. I have placement of my 15 yr. old daughter. She did not want to come with, but wanted to finish school with her current friends. I granted her this wish. Her mother filed a support order and the commissioner ordered me to pay based on my previous job. I have two younger children down here with me that I can no longer support now. I went into business with my mother in the insurance industry and am in the process of getting my license. I will be able to make good money, but it takes time to get established. She is paying me a wage while I get started, but it is not enough to support my kids now. I need help!

I would need to review your court document before I could advise you.
