Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin
We're have a legal guardianship of our grandchild, both parents are persuing a termination of guardianship, dads on probation after two convictions for selling drugs, hasn't really been involved in her life and has recently started seeing her but its been up and down, mom has mental health issues, this is our second guardianship, she hasn't been seeing her docotors or taking her medication regularily, we've had the child over 3 years for her 5, never less than 50%. We would like to petetion the court to require them to take drug tests, attend classes, prove that over a long (a year) period of time that they're maintaining (doctors medication). How feasible is this?

As Grandparents you have legal rights under the grandparent act. This is because you have had a parental relationship with the child. So you file in family court just like parents would for custody and placement of the minor children.
You are going to need an attorney to do this.
