lien on property

I was divorced in Sept 01. In the decree we're to each pay one half medical bills. Since that time I have paid 100%.Can I put a lien on her property for money owed?

Hello,

You need to go back into court to get a judgment, then you may be able to get a lien against her property. Talk to several local lawyers and get an estimate of what it would cost to do that; and in the process they will let you know for certain what your prospects are.
