Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Please help!

I live in MN. I have full custody of my 15 yr old son. But he had lived with his dad the last 5 yrs in WI. My son has a criminal court order against him. I took my son back because his dad had assulted him. I received a call from Oconto, WI county stating that I am going to be charged and that my custody papers mean nothing. Is this true? I can't enroll him in school here in MN because the school in WI says that they were told to place a hold on all his records. They will not allow him to attend until they have his records. Can they do this? My son needs his education. Please help!

Re: Please help!

If one thing is clear in these circumstances, it is that the family court really needs to address the current situation. It is most likely that the Minnesota court would need to issue the order.
