Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I live in WI. My sons father wants 50/50 custody and we are awaiting our courtdate, the problem is, my ex is a 3 time convicted drug felon, I dont want my son with him, what are the chances the courts would give him any custody or placement?
