Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I live in wisconsin and have a one year old son. The father and I are not together and no placement order has been issued. Can I leave to live with my brother in Colorado then to Florida with my whole family without a court order?

I am assuming never married.

767.813(2m) applies.

(2m) CUSTODY PENDING COURT ORDER. If there is no presumption

of paternity under s. 891.41 (1) or if paternity is acknowledged

under s. 767.805 (1), the mother shall have sole legal custody

of the child until the court orders otherwise.

If there is no court order and never has had an acknowledgement of paternity. Then YES
