loan without permission

My wife took out a loan and usd the car as collateral and both our names are on the title the following day she filed devorce papers is this legel I also think she used me as a co-signer without me knowing

Yes, it’s legal for her to have used the car as collateral, but it is questionable that you could be held liable as a co-signer for the loan repayment if she forged your signature (that’s illegal and you should report it). But, because the loan may be void if she forged your signature, that may have created a brand-new marital debt for which both of you could be held liable in the divorce action under Wisconsin's marital-property laws.
