Minor marriage (female) to Adult (male)
If , by consent of both parents, my 16 year old
daughter married her adult boyfriend, (21) what would
happen to her if they divorced before she was "18"? Who would be responsible for her then?

There would be an annulment where then the parents would be responsible or a divorce where a Guardian ad Litem would represent her in obtaining maintenance or alimony. All this, of course, if she is still a minor. A prenup on alimony should be in order prior to the wedding.
