Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

The mother of my son moved him to Montana from Wisconsin without my permission or notifying the courts. She won't tell me her new address. She lives with her boyfriend who has a warrant due to unpaid child support and that's why she moved. What can I do about child support I'm paying and arrears and custody.

Call the police this would be considered interference with a parental right.

If they won't act then file a motion with the court for contempt. She has move the child without notice to the court.

Child support and arrearages has nothing to do with this. But she has an obligation to tell them where she is, you can ask them for that information.
