Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I want to move more then 150miles statute (767.481)..from the deemed father...my 4yr old. was born in Sauk County, Wisconsin. That is where the paternity and placement motion was placed..then about 3 years later the father moved the venue to kenosha county wisconsin. where does the 150miles start at sauk or kenosha county?

As te Statute states, notification and potentially a hearing would be required to relocate withthe child more than 150 miles "away from the other parent." That means the other parent's address, not the general county or city where they live or where the case is docketed
